A few things dominated the event modern millinery was definitely one of them. In British traditions, a joyous celebration or any other major occasion calls for the attendees to adorn their heads with hats or fascinators.
Hats and fascinators added class and glory to the event, more so for the ladies. They gave everyone a complete, finished look and made them seem polished. The prominence of the British hat culture dates back to the 19th and 20th centuries. Queen Elizabeth II herself never goes out in public during the daytime without a hat. It has become a royal custom to wear hats to all major events. Let’s take a look at the hats and fascinators worn by the Royals and as well as the celebrities to the wedding!
